Operating Structures

The relevant authorities in the participating IPA II beneficiaries are the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs representing the Partner Leader (Albania) and the Ministry of Local Government Administration representing Kosovo.

Both Operating Structures are designed for ensuring the efficient set-up, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the CBC Programme Albania - Kosovo, as well as the optimal use of resources.
