FIRST CALL FOR PROPOSALS IPA II CBC PROGRAMME ALBANIA-KOSOVO 2014-2020

In the frame of the IPA II CBC Programme Albania-Kosovo 2014-2020, on 11th of January 2017, it was launched the 1st Call for project proposals. Deadline for submission of applications is 16th of March 2017. The total budget of the Call (including co-financing) is 2.040.000 Euro. The call was opened for 2 out of 3 Priority Axes of the Programme, as per 2 respective specific objectives, as following:

Priority Axis B: Encouraging Tourism and Cultural and Natural Heritage

Specific Objective 1: Tourism, cultural and natural heritage are valorized as a way to promote the economic development of the area.

Priority Axis C: Investing in youth, education and skills

Specific Objective 2: The socio-economic integration of the youth is fostered.


In order to draft their proposals, it is imperative for applicants to study carefully all Programme documents, including the Cooperation Programme and the Programme & Project Manual, as well as the specific documents related to the Call (in particular ToR). The Former Ministry of European Integration and the EU Delegation to Albania have organized 4 Info Days. During these activities were introduced the application modalities, priorities and objectives of the Call, application form, application phases, eligible applicants, financial allocations, etc. In the end of the sessions there was a dedicated session for questions and answers.

The Info Days were held according to the following Calendar:


Lezha – 1stof February 2017, at 11.00 am, in the premises of the City Library of Lezha
Kukes – 2ndof February 2017, at 11.00 am, in the premises of “American Corner Kukes”, 2nd floor of the Palace of Culture, Kukes
Prizren – 7thof February 2017, at 14.00 pm, in the premises of Prizren Commune, Assembly Hall
Gjakove – 8thof February, at 11.00 am, in the premises of Gjakova Commune, Assembly Hall
