Project Steering Committee
The role of the Project Steering Committee (PSC) consists of supervising the implementation of the TA service contract, including monitoring the progress of the project's activities, ensuring overall coordination of project implementation and assessing the quality of the project outputs.
Consultation with the PSC members and their feedback will provide direction and technical guidance for the implementation of the project and, where required, secure the necessary contribution of local stakeholders.
The Project Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as the PSC) is composed of the following members, including a Chairperson:
- Representative/s from the Contracting Authority, that is, the Delegation of the European Union in Albania as the chair (the Project Manager to act as the Chairperson, when relevant or required the Head of Operations section, and a representative of the Contracting and Financial Section);
- Two representatives from each partner implementing the contract among which the Project Manager on behalf the Operating Structure in Albania and a programme coordinator on behalf the Operating Structure in Kosovo
- A representative of the Office of the European Union to Kosovo, as observer.
The PSC will meet at regular intervals, at least once every six months. The dates are agreed at every previous meeting or decided via electronic communication.
The Project Steering Committee will examine the reports produced in the frame of the TA Service Contract, such as Inception, Progress and Final Reports and will provide comments, as appropriate, to the EU Delegation in Albania who has the final approval authority for these Reports in its functions of Contracting Authority. The working language of the meetings shall be English.
