Technical Meeting Between OSs and JTS Staff

On the 27th of July 2018 at the premises of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in Tirana, Albania, took place a technical meeting between representatives of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in Albania, Ministry of Local Government Administrationin Kosovo, External Audit of the TASC and the staff of the JTS, in the framework of the IPA II CBC Programme Albania-Kosovo 2014-2020. In this meeting participated representatives from Operating Structures of both countries, Audit Firm and the staff of the Joint Technical Secretariat.

The bilateral meeting between Programme structures of IPA II CBC Programme Albania-Kosovo 2014-2020 was organized as a need to discuss technical issues related to the implementation of the Programme and various topics and issues regarding the efficient implementation of the latter such as:
Recommendations by the Auditor for the next Expenditure Verification Report, eligibility of incidental expenditures. State of play regarding the 3rd Request for Payment, extension of the TASC, development of the webpage, production of the documentary and of the survey. Closure Event of IPA I and 6th PSC Meeting in Albania and 3rd JMC Meeting and 2nd Training for JMC Members in Kosovo.
